Important Information (Please Read)
Shipping Schedule
  • Mail is sent the first week of the following month.
  • The monthly sign-up cutoff is the 27th. Orders placed after the 27th will receive the following month’s letter. (Eg: If you join between April 1st-27th, your first letter will be the May edition, which ships during the first week of May. If you join after April 27th, your first letter will be the June edition)

Billing & Subscriptions
  • If you choose the subscription option, payments are billed automatically on the same day of the month that you originally subscribed.
  • By signing up, you acknowledge that Designed by Laura's Snail Mail Club is an ongoing monthly subscription until you choose to pause or cancel.
  • You can also purchase the Print Club as a one-off monthly order if you prefer not to subscribe.
Missing Mail
  • If your Print Club letter has not arrived within 4 weeks after the shipping date, please get in touch via email at info@designedbylaura.co and I’ll happily re-send it.
  • Unfortunately, I’m unable to re-ship letters if more than 2 months have passed since the original shipping date.

When will I receive my letter? Can I track it?

Our Snail Mail is sent via regular untracked letter post.

  • Australia: usually arrives within 1–2 weeks (major cities)
  • International: may take 15+ business days

How do I update my address or details?

You can update your address, payment details, or pause/cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal in your account.

When am I billed each month?

Subscriptions are billed on the same day each month that you originally signed up.
For example, if you subscribe on the 15th, you’ll be billed on the 15th of each following month.


If you’d like to cancel, just make sure to do so before your next billing date.
