Snail Mail

Each Snail Mail piece is thoughtfully prepared and sent with care from my little corner of the world to yours 💌

Dispatch Timing
Snail Mail is sent once per month, during the first week of each month.

The monthly sign-up cutoff is the 25th. Orders placed after the 25th will roll over into the following month’s edition.

For example:
If you join between December 1st–25th, your first letter will be the January edition (shipped in the first week of January).
If you join after December 25th, your first letter will be the February edition.

Shipping Method
Our Snail Mail is sent via regular, untracked letter post through Australia Post.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typically:

• Australia: usually arrives within 1–2 weeks (major cities)
• International: may take 15+ business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary due to postal delays outside of our control.

Lost or Delayed Mail
If your letter hasn’t arrived within 4 weeks of the shipping date, please email info@designedbylaura.co and I’ll happily organise a replacement.

Unfortunately, I’m unable to re-send letters if more than 2 months have passed since the original shipping date.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for items sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

If you have entered your address incorrectly or move, you can update your address at any time through the customer portal in your account, or by emailing info@designedbylaura.co.
