Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to get in touch.

As each piece is thoughtfully created and prepared, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right. This may be in the form of a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

To report an issue, contact us at info@designedbylaura.co with your order details and a photo of the item. From there, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if something isn’t right, so we can resolve it for you.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or custom pieces.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the payment.
